NV Transport has selected TVG to install their full fleet with TVG Vehicle CCTV Systems.
A market leader in fresh distribution to major food retailers, food service companies, manufacturers and importers, NV Transport serve customers across the UK and Europe.
The Vehicle CCTV system will have 4 cameras covering the front, offside, nearside and nearside front corner of each vehicle, the footage of which will be recorded by DVRs with 3G capability.
The cameras will feed into an in-cab monitor, allowing the drivers a better field of view. Switching on automatically when the drivers indicate left or right, the cameras will assist them when they’re manoeuvring.
The front nearside camera also gives the driver a birds eye view to avoid any side swipes from cars undertaking or slow manoeuvring incidents from occurring.
In addition, NV Transport will have the option to view CCTV footage live, accessing it immediately and remotely.
This high spec CCTV system is to be fitted to the full fleet which cover the whole of the UK. NV Transport have also entered into a 5 year 3G contract for support services from TVG including data monitoring, weekly health checks and live maintenance reports of the CCTV and camera systems.
