Service Desk Co-Ordinator and Supervisor

Job Description:

  • To be the first line of response to in-coming fleet support calls, recording details immediately and in full on the database
  • Providing technical support and guidance to fleet drivers to aid further fault diagnosis and or actions required or to provide a solution to the problem, directing calls to technical support where necessary
  • Arranging engineer visits to customers nationwide
  • Ordering parts and arranging parts deliveries
  • Making follow-up calls where necessary
  • Updating call log database when jobs complete
  • Development of job role, position procedures and documentation
  • Management of engineers and service stock kept in their possession

Experience in a similar role, confident and calm telephone manner, ability to prioritise workload and manage high volume of work, computer literacy, accuracy and attention to detail essential. High level of self-management needed.

Corporate and Reseller Channel Field Sales Executive

Via their TT Interlink Ltd division (TTI), The Vehicle group is proud to be the appointed UK & Eire Distribution and Service Centre for the renowned TomTom Work Business Solutions "Connected Navigation" fleet management systems and associated products along with being a major corporate reseller of these products. TVG also manufactures and distributes a wide range of own brand innovative, highly respected vehicle fleet security, safety and telematics products as well as acting as distributors for other complementary, equally high quality, market leading vehicle equipment. TVG are very proud to be the vehicle equipment provider to some of the largest and most prestigious fleet operators in the UK and with an enviable reputation for quality and service. The TVG product portfolio continues to expand and TVG have ambitious growth aspirations for 2012 and beyond.

In order to further enhance their continued, significant corporate sales success and to support and grow their reseller network, TVG group are looking to add to their field sales team with the appointment of one or more additional field sales executives to represent TTI and TVG. The ideal candidates will have a successful track record in new business corporate sales, ideally within the vehicle security and telematics arenas. Additionally, experience of working alongside, supporting, motivating and growing a reseller network would be preferable. Naturally, the ability to present these kinds of products confidently at board of director and senior manager level is essential. TVG is very much a 'team' business and the successful candidates will need to be team orientated as the appointee will work closely with and very much depend upon our head office team.

Internal Corporate Sales Executive

TVG are looking to compliment their existing team by recruiting a results driven, office based telephone sales executive whose primary role will be to make contact with and to sell our vehicle products and services into potential new customers whilst also ensuring that existing customers continue to receive the levels of service that they have come to expect from the TVG Group.

The successful candidate will also possess the necessary selling skills to enable them to open new doors and where appropriate book qualified appointments for our field sales staff whilst also maintaining the excellent relationships we enjoy with our very important existing client base. The Ideal candidate will have outbound sales calling experience and be capable, after training, of selling vehicle technology products in a professional, consultative manner to fleet operators of all sizes. The successful candidate will be offered a realistic basic salary and additionally a target driven sales commission scheme where earnings are uncapped and limited only by achievement. Competent Field Engineer

Experience must include HGV, Bus & Coach, Van and occasional car work. Good IT skills, CANbus, FMS, general fault finding skills also necessary.
